Frequently Asked Questions

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

If you are cruising, a passport is not required on closed loop cruises. A closed loop cruise is a cruise that departs from and returns to the same U.S. port. You will be allowed to cruise with your state issued id, certified birth certificate and certified marriage license. However, if, while cruising, there were to be an emergency, and you needed to return to the United States by air, a passport would be required to get back into the country. It is recommended that you purchase a passport for all international travel.

A passport is required for all international flights.  When purchasing your passport, it is best to purchase the passport book, not the card.  The passport card is only valid for travelers when entering the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda at land border crossings or sea ports-of-entry. Not valid for international travel by air.

WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE?

When you’re spending hundreds of dollars on a vacation, trip insurance is a very small upcharge on your trip. It protects you against all kinds of unknown things like misdirected luggage, health problems, delays – and so much more. We highly recommend that you purchase vacation insurance to protect yourself and your investment.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE BOOKING GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES?

Yes! I am a Special Needs at Sea Certified Accessible Travel Advocate.  This certification allows me to deliver multiple items directly to your cruise cabin, in order to make your vacation more enjoyable.  I am able to have wheel chairs, walkers, scooters, recliners, bed lifts, and full body lifts to name a few.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation policies will be governed by the Travel Partner that we utilize to make your booking. Each of our Travel Partners have their own set of rules, and those rules will be found on your invoice and travel documents.
